The Berliner Krisendienst is available 365 days a year.

It offers help and advice in situations of crises, especially in evening- and night hours. In this way existing psychosocial and psychiatric services are complemented effective outside of their opening hours.

Every day from 4pm to12 pm there are 9 locations open in six regions of Berlin, even on Sun- and holidays.

For help during this time one can turn to the advisers by phone or visit the nearest branch for a personal conversation ? without announcement, free of charge and anonymous on demand.

The advisers will even meet you at the place of crises in urgent cases.

There are also doctors available, which can be called if necessary.

Every phone call that will reach us outside the opening hours will be forwarded to our supra-regional on-call service, which is operated at the branch in Berlin Mitte by all members of the Berliner Krisendienst. So the on-call service takes on a very important part of the crises care daily from midnight to 4pm (on working days from 8 am to 4 pm only telephonic information and agency).
